Apache was born in captivity just after his mother, Sierra, was adopted. She was gathered in northern Oregon.

Apache has never had shoes applied, and has been on many trail rides. Apache is an excellent trail horse as well as western pleasure horse. Is a quick learner and has plenty of confidence in his owner. "Exceptional mustang blood."
