"Midnight"

Debbie and Midnight

Debbie reports: Midnight started out looking like the "youngster in the holding pen" picture (Mustang Gallery, Page 3). Everybody thought I was crazy but look at her now. She's very intelligent, is very patient with me and all my mistakes (this is my first time training).

She tends to be kind of excitable and skittish any time something new comes up but she's still very young and hopefully "seasoning" and years will take care of that. Otherwise, she will let several people at once pet her all over (especially kids). She loves to run all over her pasture with one of our dogs, they chase each other. She's just a big baby sometimes. I hope to start some of those saddling tips this year, just moving slowly though.
