Mustang Close-Up

"Prayer Warriors Enchantment"
(AKA "Moonshine" or "Moon")

Monica found Moon via an internet ad and bought him from Dan and Vannie Doty in Jan 97. He is white with pink skin and blue eyes.

Moon is not a feral horse, but his sire was captured from the Calico Mtns. NV222 near Gerlach. Lightning, Moon's sire, is also white with pink skin and blue eyes, listed as Albino with the BLM. Moon's dam is a beautiful buckskin Quarter Horse. Moon is now registered with the American Creme Registry as well as the AMBA, Inc.

Moon was born in May 96 and currently stands around 14.1 hands and weighs 760 lbs. He should mature to near 15 hands.

Moon and Monica

Monica reports: Moon has a quiet temperament and I hope to keep training him all by myself with the advice and support of the nice people on the wildhorse list. Moon is an experiment for me to learn to train using "natural" methods. He is a "keeper" who should do well in competetive trail, endurance and games.

First saddling, Moon's second birthday
