"We drove to Burns and picked Sundance out August 12, 1998, my wife's birthday. Sundance was 2 yrs old when captured in White Pine county near Eureka, Nevada on Nov. 15, 1997. All mustangs over 2 are now being gelded at the BLM site. So that saved me $150.00. there was no extra charge.

"I haven't worked with him every day, though I do give him a good rub and scratch when I feed him and at noon I go out and give them all an apple. I have him halter broke, though there again I have to be careful. I can walk out to him in pasture and put it on but he will still turn his rear to me and kick if I let him. But he's coming along."

Webmaster's note: This isn't bad progress for a recently adopted horse who gets to spend time out in pasture.
