Mustang Close-Up

"Tinker Belle"

Tinker Belle was adopted from the Burns, OR, facility April 9, 1998. She had been gathered 3 weeks prior from the Big Summit HMA which is east of Prinville, Or. This herd is managed by the U.S. Forest Service and their habitat is in the timber as opposed to sagebrush and open grass land which most mustangs seem to prefer. This herd is known for producing some of the finest trail and mountain horses in the Northwest.

Belle is defiantly going to be a Alpha mare, quick to learn and bonding more everyday.

Duane writes that he is looking forward to the day he can take her on their first trail ride.
