"Teeka is curious and outgoing, and really enjoys people. Teeka
was very easy to gentle - she was only 2 months old when she and her
mother, Mea, were adopted in 1998 at the first Wild Horse Workshop in
Antioch, CA.
"Teeka has a great temperment, and seems to really enjoy being
with people. I call her my 'pocket pony'. She is smart and very willing to
learn - she will make a great riding horse when she is of age.
"Like her mother, Mea, Teeka has an incredible floating trot.
She also seems to have a lot of energy, and will run laps around the
paddock for 10-15 minutes at a time, with what appears to be a big grin on
her face. With her gait and her energy, she has good potential for
endurance or long-distance trail riding.
Another trait Teeka inherited from Mea is her very thick mane
and long tail. At the age of 18 months, her mane now hangs below the
bottom of her neck on both sides; her forelock is about 6" below her eyes.
With her rich red bay color, she is turning into a very pretty little horse!"
