You'll often see Lisa and Kefira doing what they love best, ambling along a mountain trail, with Kefira stopping along the way to munch on her favorite plants. Lisa writes, "We love to roam the mountainsaide together. She's more surefooted than any horse I ever rode in the mountains. I ride her in a sidepull only (no bit) and most of the time we go bareback. Kira is fun to ride, although she definitely has a taste for all of the plants that grow in the canyon."
Lisa says Kefira for the most part is very willing, but not unlike a lot of other mustangs, she has a little stubborn streak also. She obviously loves her horse.
