Lucy is a red dun Kiger filly by Pam's Kiger Stallion Riddle Mountain Redman whose dam in from the Riddle HMA and whose sire is from the Kiger HMA.

Lucy at about 3 weeks of age

Lucy's dam is Steens Magdelina ("Maggie"). "Maggie" is a Kiger mare sired in the wild and out of a Steens Adelita Rose who Pam adopted in the 1993 lottery from the Riddle HMA.

Lucy is very friendly and has great color. She was so easy to halter break Pam's 5 year old son pretty much did it. Pam just went out and put the halter on and handed him the rope and they walked off. Lucy should be good sized.

"Lucy is showing an interesting characteristic that I see a little bit of in her dad. She has really really curly hair. I am quite sure the Kiger authorities would frown on this but I absolutely love it!"
